Co-ed Middle School
In our middle school we focus on supporting a dynamic developmental stage. Our students learn social skills, begin to establish their individual identity and prepare for high school. Our students thrive, learn and collaborate with peers while teachers focus on the unique social needs of middle schoolers. Students work in unified groups per grade level, doing community work and advisory in Community Action Teams (CAT) with a mix of students grades 6-8.
Each middle school student feels valued and respected with a true spirit of what it means to support each other.
The Middle School is in its third year of a 1:1 tablet program enriching a wide spectrum of presentations, deeper interactive learning and sense of responsibility. Your child can find creativity, excitement, challenge and self-expression in a caring community where students spend time reflecting on experiential learning, research, outdoor experiences and team building.
St. Mary’s Academy Middle School is a place where students are individually known, loved and appreciated. We value each student as a significant part of our community and challenge them to understand how they fit into the world.
